Those who made a covenant with you from them, and each time they breach their covenant, and they are not heedful.
If these evil characters and habits were found among the Jews in Medina and the Meccan pagans during Messenger’s time, today it is found among the hypocrites and their Mushrik followers who are reading Arabic Quran as told in verses 3: 7; 48: 6 and 98: 6. Among the mankind, they are only reading verse 16: 91 which says: “You fulfil the covenant with Allah, and you don’t break your oaths after you have sworn them; for swearing in His name you have made Allah your surety; indeed, Allah has Knowledge of all that you do”.
